Report a Road Problem

This system allows you to report highways problems on-line and to view the status of your own previously reported enquires.

You can report a variety of highways problems on line such as a pothole, verge cutting, damaged signs, etc. If the problem you are reporting is an emergency or requires urgent attention then please telephone 01305 221020 to report it direct to our Highways Office, do not use this form.

If you want to report a faulty streetlight then please visit the SEC website (opens in new window).

We aim to have a status report on your enquiry within three working days. This status will be updated as decisions are made regarding the enquiry.
